As we've previously stated, without feeling the need to compare ourselves to anyone else, it sure feels good to know the value of our service and that we are able to deliver exactly what we promise.
Nobody likes to work with people, businesses, or institutions who misrepresent themselves by putting on a good show and talking a good game, but never really doing what they promise. Anytime someone's ability to persuade others is used for deception, you can be sure that they are probably involved in some sinister, and possibly illegal, activities that you know nothing about. Nevertheless, when they are found out and exposed, which usually happens sooner or later, they immediately lose their credibility and good standing with you and the community. And a reputation ruined by one's own shady or questionable business practices can be very hard to rebuild.
That said, our second promise to you is to always give you simple and straight communication at all times, especially concerning who we are, what our mission is, and the services we provide. So, just to reemphasize it once more, our mission is synonymous with our slogan: Building Pathways to Success for American Immigrants. Our primary purpose is helping adult English Language Learners gain proficiency in all areas of English communication, including listening, speaking, pronunciation, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and conversation.
